Turntable Car Wash is an open-hardware, industrial-scale in-bay car wash system that replaces the traditional moving overhead gantry with a turntable and stationary modular Spray Columns. This “inverted architecture” enables parallel washing actions, simplifies hose/cable routing, and improves maintainability through modular design. The repository includes SolidWorks CAD for the Spray Columns and Turntable, electrical drawings for PLC/servo/pumps, and source code for PLC and an embedded PC.
