Portable, solar-powered open-source soil sensor node for per-tree precision agriculture in perennial orchards. Built around a chip-down ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U with an SP3485EN transceiver, it reads soil moisture, EC, pH, temperature and NPK from RS-485 Modbus probes (compatible sensors listed on the website). Nodes work over a distributed WiFi mesh and are low-power, given that they're intended to run standalone in harsh conditions. Gerbers, schematics and BOM on GitHub.
