This project is an open-source condensation particle counter (CPC), a scientific instrument used by aerosol scientists to measure air quality. It measures particles from 10 nm to 1 µm—sizes not directly detectable by optical methods. By reducing cost and complexity, this design democratizes access to ultrafine particle measurements for researchers, communities, and educators.
