Hand-held passive, unpowered device to safely discharge capacitors in-circuit with ratings up to 450 V and 1000 uF. Indicates to the operator that the discharge is in process and if the capacitor voltage is above or below 30 V. Completes the discharge of the largest capacitor it is rated for in less than 15 seconds.
