The Adafruit NAU7802 contains a super-high-resolution 24-Bit differential ADC with extra gain and calibration circuitry that makes it perfect for measuring strain gauges / load cells or other sensors that have four wires that are connected in a Wheatstone bridge arrangement. This ADC uses a 4-pin Sparkfun Qwiic-compatible connector called STEMMA QT, which allows it to communicate over I2C without soldering. Click the link labeled 'Project Website' to find out more.
