The Propeller Performance Test Rig (PPTR) is a platform for experimental characterization of small-to-medium-scale propellers under controlled aerodynamic conditions. The PPTR enables simultaneous measurement of thrust, torque, rotational speed, and electrical power consumption. The system combines a modular aluminum mechanical structure, low-cost load cells, optical rotational sensing, and a microcontroller-based wireless data acquisition system.
