Sensitive Quantum Efficiency Setup for Characterising Optoelectronic Devices
Advanced Functional Materials and Devices (AFMD) Group mail
This sEQE setup is for measuring the performance of optoelectronic devices, e.g. solar cells. The setup is based on a white light source, connected to a monochromator to diffract incident light and precisely control the measurement wavelength which is directed onto the device under testing. High measurement sensitivities are reached through a lock-in amplifier, spectral filters and multiple photodiodes with extended calibration range. Controlled by open source python script written by AFMD group
