BLogic MCU is an open-source 32-bit RISC-V microcontroller SoC built around the CV32E40P core (RV32IMC). It adds a custom AXI4 interconnect, UART, GPIO, timer, I2C, QSPI, JTAG debug and a TinyConv keyword-spotting AI accelerator (21x faster than software). Signed off as sky130 GDSII at 27 MHz and validated on a Genesys 2 FPGA at 50 MHz. Developed for the TEKNOFEST 2026 Chip Design Competition, OSTIM Technical University.
