The ethernet4pizero-poe project is open hardware design of a Raspbery Pi shield that adds Ethernet over SPI connectivity with the ENC28J60 IC and Power over Ethernet (POE) capability that can supply 2A at 5V. The powermod directory contains design of a submodule board to handle DC-DC conversion. The powermod submodule interface is generic and the implementation added is based on tps54260. The project includes schematics and PCB design files for KiCAD. The board can be used with the dtoverlay=enc28j60 option added to /boot/config.txt. The project is published by Lightside Instruments AS under TAPR Open Hardware License. Read the LICENSE file for details.
