This is a Rechargeable LIC Super Capacitor powered Trinket with an ultra low power 8 x 7 LED matrix. The matrix is controlled by an ATTiny1616 MCU which can be programmed to display various patterns. The ultra low power design of the circuit makes it possible for the display patterns to run powered by slow gradual discharging of the Super Capacitor.
