An open-source, structurally validated 3D-printed PETG soft jaw fixture designed for standard 6-inch CNC machine vise assemblies. Engineered to hold 40 mm diameter round stock securely during light milling, drilling, deburring, and inspection operations. FEA-validated in ANSYS Mechanical under 2000 N clamping force (8.15 MPa peak stress, FoS = 6.13).
