An open-source 3D-printed PETG soft jaw fixture for standard 6-inch CNC machine vises. Features an R20 mm pocket to clamp Ø40 mm round stock under 2.5 kN clamping load. Validated via ANSYS static structural FEA (FOS = 1.57, max deflection = 3.28 µm) and pre-sliced for Creality K2 Pro CoreXY printers with 6 perimeters and 50% Gyroid infill.
