Project SATARK is a predictive climate defense matrix combining orbital intelligence, IoT, and sociology to eradicate agricultural fires. It utilizes SwinIR to upscale GEO satellite feeds for zero-blind-spot monitoring, and NDVI models to predict harvest windows—stopping fires before ignition. Ground-level IoT nodes detect chemical signatures to validate satellite data and calculate meteorological "Smart Burning Windows," while Track 1 Field Guardians enforce sociological de-escalation.
