Open qByte
Francisco Javier Quero mail
Open qByte is a portable, open-source fluorometer that can detect DNA amplification, antimicrobial resistance, and more. It reads fluorescence from an 8-tube strip incubated at a stable temperature and is powered by UBB-C or external batteries. Controlled by an esp32-s1, it connects to devices on the same local network. The front-end, created using JavaScript and HTML, is served through an mDNS local URL, allowing for standalone control software without installation.
