ElemRV is an end-to-end open-source RISC-V microcontroller, designed with SpinalHDL and taped out on IHP's open 130nm PDK. It is powered by a VexiiRiscv RISC-V CPU and comes with a rich library of peripherals like GPIO, UART, PWM, I2C, SPI, programmable I/O, and more. The full RTL-to-GDSII flow is built exclusively on open tools (Yosys, nextpnr, OpenROAD, KLayout), with Zephyr RTOS firmware support.
