A compact setup for behavioural studies measuring limb acceleration

This project provides a description for the construction of a device to evalutate thumb acceleration for studies of neuronal plasticity or similar research. It consists of printed circuit boards for sensor and microcontroller and can be connected to a PC. Further, we provide a firmware for the microcontroller, a software to record the data and conduct measurement protocol and another software for data analyis.
