The M-Bus is a European standard (EN13757) for remote meter reading and can be used for all other types of consumption meters, sensors and actuators as well as SmartMeters. The MBus-TTL converter is a universal level converter and is used for communication between PC or RaspiPi and the M-Bus network. The hardware can be used at the USB or RS232 interface or for direct control of µController pins.
