RGB Fluo is a device created with the aim of teaching the measurement of fluorescence from biological samples. In particular, this device helps to learn how to properly select the best combination of filters and illumination wavelengths to obtain high signal-to-background images of different fluorophores. This simple device captures the essence of fluorescence measurement without the unnecessary complications of reserving and using an expensive fluorescence microscope.
