An open-source, 3D-printable membrane-filtration manifold for E. coli testing in drinking water, the method WHO and UNICEF use in household water surveys. Three parts (base, funnel, filter support) print without supports on any FDM printer and are used with a 100 mL syringe and a 0.45 micron membrane. About $0.80 a set in ABS. Validated at 8 sites against a steel Millipore EZ-Fit reference: 12 of 16 WHO risk classifications matched exactly, and 15 of 16 within a 5 % tolerance.
