This work describes the fabrication and validation of a low-cost optical system developed via 3D printing (FDM), using the printed enclosure itself to mitigate stray light. The device integrates high-brightness LEDs as excitation sources, a photodiode coupled to an operational amplifier for electrical signal detection, and a microcontroller for data processing.
